The Region III Bi-Monthly Meeting is held at 7 pm (PST) on the First Wednesday of every odd Month. You must send an email to our President in order to receive access to the zoom link or request access from the coach of your program the link should remain the same from meeting to meeting and you should be able to add the call to your calendar of choice. When e-mailing, please answer the following security question:
What do we put on the horse's back?
Any realistic (or comical) answers will be accepted.
These meetings are open to all Region III members and Parents of registered vaulters in the region. Only adults with current EVUSA Registrations are allowed to vote on official business but everyone is welcome to voice their opinions. If you have agenda items to submit, please e-mail them to our President or Secretary. Recordings, Minutes, and Agendas will be posted here as soon as they become available.
